Chinese doesnot display right. It may not work well in english-version Vista. And, I cannot download this gadget, when I wanna re-install it.

dict.cn is great, but the gadget is weird. it doesnt do chinese to english. And I cant get the characters to display right. Does anyone know how to do this? If it did these two things it would be the best thing out there!
