looks pretty cool but it won't allow me to choose where it sits in the sidebar - it always wants to be on top.

Looks to be worth while but I decided not to purchase. The only problem is I now cannot remove it the only option is to reinstall the desktop. :(

You have to pay to add your own RSS photo feed. Not worth it!

10$ if you want to configure anything, like adding another feed... :(. Why this is not mentioned in the description of the gadget? Nothing wrong about charging money, but why not tell it right away? Hence my bad rating.

You have to register to do anything useful with it. What a waste of my time.

works well - seems to work better with feeds than other photo gadgets i've tried. would be nice to randomize photo/feed sequence and to display local photos as well.

Yup, offers nothing the standard photos gadget doesn't have and tries to charge $10, avoid.
