Love it. I would suggest maybe adding an Options menu where the user could choose the default word when Google Desktop starts up (I would prefer it to be blank, rather than "gmail"), and also whether a single-click in the text box would select the text in the text box.

great tool, but i would love it if the gadget was bigger. i'm a terrible speller and it's hard for me to see such small objects...i won't know what i'm typing!

why sometimes the dictionary stops functioning? when I put in a word and click enter, there was no response. However, as a control, my wikipedia gadget was still working at the same time. What is going on?

Could you please make this gadget even better by losing the DICTIONARY and little opened book picture to make it more compact?! and also like another has said, if it could display more definitions for the entered word?! thanks

love it! very clean, simple, small. useful especially since a bunch of words are not available on dictionary.com

Very nice and handy tool. But I guess it should display all the definitions available on the web page.
