Same here... this thing sucks.

On Vista, where the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\" doesn't exist it causes Google Toolbar to hang in between picture updates. I also couldn't get the custom feed to work, entering different values for ITEM IMAGE and LINK doesn't seem to work, and doesn't save the changes.
