I keep getting an erroneous message from Google Desktop saying that an update is available for the Quick Launch Panel. If I try to download it, it is the same version I am already on (version 2.6). Is there really an update or how do I get this message to stop coming up?

I've just installed this gadget and just as the installation was almost complete, a small disclaimer said that Google hasn't checked its security. I doubt there is anything to worry about, just thought I'd memtion it for the security concious folk out there.

It's the first launcher app that I have found that works like it should. My only beef is that you should be able to change the background color. The white is blinding.
