This need to be more like an RSS feed, and if you hover your mouse over an article, the full title will show up. I don't want to stare at a ticker for each article. Good content, but needs better presentation

The choppy ticker is very distracting, and the small image centered in the gadget seems like wasted space. How about a string of thumbnails representing individual stories, with their headlines underneath? The prompt for user information is also a bit ... not-googley...
