Warning: This gadget has a malfunctioning audio feature. It does not read it's own news feed aloud. It does read any/all other news gadgets aloud. The Sound On/Off option has no affect. Removing the gadget from the sidebar has no affect. The audio will continue for any news ticker type gadgets currently in your sidebar. And when there is no news feed the female voice says "Become a registered gadget user" over and over again. I have submitted a 'Something's Broken' massage and hope Google gets to work on fixing this obnoxious audible glitch. I rated it one star for those who actually do want their news gadgets read aloud to them constantly while they sit at their computer.

A fairly nice gadget, with an interesting theme. It could definitely be improved however. The first would be to speed up the rate of new updates, as it's really quite slow. Second, would be to post more things you'd actually see at a water cooler type conversation. Due to the fore mentioned slowness factor, I haven't seen many news pieces, so apologies in advance if this is off, but perhaps it could be improved by less feeds from celeberity gossip sites, and more of the 'weird news' sites. Despite my criticisms, it's a a good gadget, it just needs work.
