Submission Guidelines

Thank you for creating software to help improve Google Desktop. As a convenience to users, we maintain a list of gadgets, indexing plug-ins, and applications that integrate with Google Desktop through the Google Desktop APIs. To submit your software for this list, simply complete the form below. When you do so, please keep the following in mind:

  • Your software should have a complete feature set (stable releases, demos, and betas are welcome).
  • Your software should not use high amounts of CPU or memory.
  • Your software should be well-tested and include all required DLLs as needed.
  • You should follow these Gadget Design and Testing Guidelines.
  • You must be the author of or have the author's authorization to submit the software.
  • Your software must not violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).

Finally, please note that we reserve the right not to list your software and to make modifications to the information submitted.
