Email issues: Non-functional toplinks on email search results page

The toplinks (Reply, Reply to All, View in Outlook) located on your cached email results provide a shortcut to email functionality. If nothing occurs when you click on these links, we've listed some possible explanations and solutions below:

- Your Google Desktop add-in for Outlook wasn't installed or enabled properly.

- Your Microsoft Office version is missing certain necessary components. To resolve this problem, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open "Add or Remove Programs" from your Control Panel.
2. Select your Microsoft Office version (e.g. Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003).
3. Click the "Change" button.
4. Select "Reinstall or Repair."
5. Click "Next" to proceed.
6. Select the "Detect and Repair errors in my Office installation" radio button.
7. Click "Install."
8. Restart your computer.
